Your first API request

Authenticate with a SeedOps API key.

Create a key at API keys. Copy it when it is created: the full key is shown once. Store it in your environment as SEEDOPS_API_KEY. Keep it out of browser code, URLs, source control, and prompts.

Results are wrapped in data. Searches return data.items and data.nextCursor, with up to 50 activities per page. Set limit=1 through limit=50 to choose a smaller result size; usage counts actual returned items. To fetch the next page, send cursor with exactly the same filters.

For valid filter values, call GET /api/v1/filter-options. Read search filters before building complex queries.

Browser login cookies do not authenticate REST API requests. Expired, revoked, deleted, or missing keys are rejected.
