Returns data.items (including activityUrl when available) and data.nextCursor. Use limit=1–50 (default 50) to choose the maximum returned signals. Only actual returned items consume usage. Search filters can be combined; cursor must be reused with the same filters. Unknown and repeated parameters are rejected.
